First Shift Justice Project is proud to sponsor HOTWMD for the third year! First Shift fights workplace discrimination for parents and caregivers and is working to bring about a shift in workplace culture that values not only paid employment but also the work of family caregiving. First Shift empowers workers through education and advocacy to exercise their workplace rights and represents clients whose rights have been violated. As a parent, you shouldn’t have to choose between holding a job and holding a baby. First Shift is honored to have had #HOTWMD and DJ Housecat’s support for the last three years as community sponsors for its annual Dance Like A Mother event.
